I had a small installation put in by ECH a couple of years ago and the on site installers were good and to be honest the sales service was good too. However, I have had an ongoing issue with the battery whereby every few months it will drop all charge to the grid (at my expense!) and then start to recharge from zero. This is the second time we have asked ECH to carry out works for us, and once again we are totally impressed with the service we received. All of the people we had contact with were both courteous and extremely helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a company to install solar panels. Excellent solar panel installation by ECH. Inverter, car charger, battery and wiring into fuse board done on first day. Solar panels fitted a few days later due to box of brackets got lost in the post. All system working spot on. Registration process and FoxCloud App completed in 10 min. App show all the energy generated by the solar panels where its going. Surplus energy will be sold back to the grid . Great bunch of hard working guys which did the work.

We've had our panels and battery for about a month now. I have been really impressed with ECH. No pressure sales, and offered a number of options at different budget levels. The information leading up to installation was good. The fitting team were efficient and everything was installed quickly. Fortunately we have not come across any issues and have found the system ready to use. Hopefully it'll be easy to set up the runners for charging, but it seems simple enough. Overall I cannot fault

We’re so pleased that we went to ECH for our Solar installation of 14 panels, a storage battery and link to our immersion heater for hot water. From start to finish our experience was fantastic they completed everything exactly as promised and the ECH staff are so nice and professional.
