We moved into our new Jelsons home on October the 24th and were introduced to Fred Brant a couple of days later when we wanted some explanation on how to best work out the central heating system. I'd like to give a big shout-out to Steve, your electrician, who came today to replace an electric towel rail in my home in Rugby. Steve had accurately diagnosed the fault some time earlier and today replaced the unit. He was the epitome of an excellent electrician, made no fuss, was totally reliable did the job brilliantly and was very friendly and helpful.

Just like to leave Fred some great feedback. Very polite , Very professional and knowledgeable. Simple replacement of a light switch and sort stat fans. Great service! Also tidying up site, which most people don't do! Not like the service Jelons give you.

Simple extractor fan replacement as part of our new home maintence on behalf of Jelson homes. Fred arrived on time and got the job done nice and quickly.

We used EGE because we'd had good service from the plumbing side of the business in the past. The initial assessment by Fred was very helpful and the completion of the work by Frasier was first class. Price came in a bit cheaper than expected. Result!
