Josh did a great job connecting our ring door bell and rechecked our Simplisafe burglar alarm system that he had previously fitted. He is very knowledgable and efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

When you have only small jobs to be done you can never be sure if someone will come out but not only did Josh respond to our enquiry within a very short time, he gave a quote soon after and was with us later the same day. Both problems quickly resolved (second one not even a problem, just the customer being dim!) He is obviously a skilled electrician but also a polite and friendly young man. Had a slight emergency with electric cooker socket. Josh came to do the repair, not a simple job. He was excellent. He made the cable and socket safe and installed some added moisture proof protection behind the wall at no extra cost. He gave good advice, he was extremely polite and professional and cleaned up. Tel call to Josh following a problem with my consumer unit in my garden summer house. He informed me of the call out charge and if further work required the hourly rate. He said he could have a look in the next hour and see if the fault could be rectified. He arrived on time and was able to check over the system and repaired the fault providing a new part for the unit. The final bill was reasonable and the work carried out to my satisfaction.
