Outstanding installation of air conditioning in our home last week by Dean and Toby from Durham Air Conditioning Ltd. The job took 4 days overall despite the inclement weather conditions and honestly was the most neat, tidy and clean job from start to finish. I run a play cafe and had trouble with heating for over a year. i had used other companies to help fix the problem but with no results. i spoke to Stuart who was very helpful and tried to help me out over the phone, he needed to send someone out to have a look at the problem. a couple of hours later a lovely member of his staff came along and he sorted the problem out within half a hour, to say i was happy is a understatement, i cant thank the team enough absolutely amazing service. What an absolute joke. One of the drivers today, was so horrifically tailgating me I had to take an exit because I was so outrageously intimidated by their driving. Wish I could say the full licence plate, but as they were so close the best I glimpsed was SY22. I understand work demands, but jeez. What a jerk.
