We had solar panels plus battery storage installed by Duoserve. First class service from the initial meeting, survey and quotation through to completion. Ali and Dan provided us with answers over a period of time even before we committed to Duoserve. At no point did we feel pressured into accepting their quote, it was simply left with us. I have been meaning to write this review for months. Cannot fault Duoserve at all. From the initial quote, through to all our questions, install and aftercare - they have been faultless. I was quite nervous about choosing the right company for solar after reading many negative reviews about cowboys/other companies, and also having very limited knowledge. The sales team, and in fact everyone we came into contact with, were highly knowledgable, friendly and available at all times of the day. D
