Had both MVHR and AC installed by them and whilst Dave is a nice guy he is a woeful communicator. Endless messages and calls go unanswered and getting him to come and actually finish the job took forever. The install is also flawed. There are no return ducts on the AC units, they used square ducting for the MVHR instead of round and the hassle of trying to get hold of him makes me wish I'd used a different contractor.
