I have a Cool Energy heat pump system installed for the last 5 years. We never connected the hot water as the property was vacant. We called Cool Energy and Dave guided my electrician through the setup in a few minutes. Fantastic support and great products.

I recently purchased an ivt-10 heat pump from Cool Energy. With the help of Dave who is very knowlegeable we calculated the correct size unit for my house. I installed the heat pump myself again under the guidance of Dave. He was always available at the end of the phone any time I needed technical help.
