Recently used Cookes Electrical Services of Aylsham to supply and install Solar Panels. The team were excellent, very professional and delivered a quality product, they had the job done in no time and all at a great price. The panels are working well and we are saving money every day. I have now lined them up for more work in my house as I know they will deliver a great service and a very competitive price. Thoroughly recommend Steve and his team.

Solar Panels, and Zappi car charger. Steve at Cooks is fully qualified and competent. Good price. Practical advice given on preparation before installation. Good workmanship and much supportive advice given on Octopus Flux tariff, setting up to export to the grid and how to run the system to best effect.

Very impressed with the whole installation. From quote visit to installation day (today). I had a car charger installed that took several weeks to arrive but we wanted a particular model in high demand. Great price compared to an alternative supplier obtained. Very happy with the work. Recommended.

Very disappointed with this company. We accepted a quote of £445 (£280 labour, £165 parts) for remedial work, on the understanding it would take 'most of the day '. In fact it took 2 men 1 hour, and the parts were no more than £50. When we queried it they took £45 off. Not acceptable.

Cooks so helpful , i always ask them first now , just fitted me a new replacement shower and sourced and supplied the similar make , fitted security camera too on a different occasion , lovely family firm .
