Please do not use this company, we rent from the housing association and had a tantalising offer of Q robot technology (basically they spray insulation foam under your floorboards) we accepted. From Tracy first calling me onwards, I knew this company were going to be good . Martin and his colleague were prompt and courteous, they covered the carpets with protective film and cleaned all the mess during and after the job was complete . I’m not technically inclined but they showed me how to use the new boiler and the following day the new thermostat was fitted and everything was great . Seriously if you require a new boiler fitting then go to concept .
