They were the original installers of solar panels in a block of flats, since then the top floor has suffered water ingress and following investigations it was determined that it was due to defectively installed solar panels on the roof. It has been reported to Complete Renewables but they are ignoring all correspondence and do not pick up the phone when called.

I contracted Complete Renewables to install a 4 KW Solar PV system at the beginning of December 2013. Clive Rolinson dealt with the installation and all necessary paperwork and I found him to be extremely helpful, knowledgable and reliable. The installation was carried out to a very high standard and although it is too early to know what returns I will achieve, the system is generating well for the time of year and I have little doubt that it will easily achieve the predicted figures provided.

Complete renewables have just completed a 3.6kw solar panel install for us. Clive was professional, informative, prompt and reasonabley priced. Highly recommended.
