Excellent service. Parts ordered 10.30am Monday arrived from Belgium 2pm Tuesday. Now that's service, rare today. Cannot praise highly enough.

They sent me faulty parts and ignored my messages. I returned the item and still haven’t received my refund. They don’t reply to emails and don’t keep their promises. Very poor service. Please return my money.

I ordered 2pcs of the same thing but they delivered them separately in different day making me shocked when I received only one. Plus…I clicked for instruction but it wasn’t inside the box. I had to call them AGAIN, only to be told that I can access it online. So why do they give me the choice?
