The engineers sent by Clear Climate, to install an Air Source Heat Pump left huge holes in the exterior wall for a week in February. They flooded the kitchen twice, ruining our wood floor. They broke the back door. They left a soil pipe uncapped. They broke an extractor fan vent cover. They left trunking unfinished. They left the job unfinished for 4 weeks without any explanation. They left rubbish strewn about the loft, the spare bedroom and the yard. It took almost a year and Solicitor action
