Excellent service. Very thorough check carried out on my LPG water heater. Engineer phoned 15 minutes before he arrived, which was before the time slot I was given He was very friendly and explained everything he was doing. I received the report from the company in less than a week. I'll be using this company again for regular yearly service. Highly recommend.

CJ Plumbing & Heating are simply a fabulous company. I have used them for 2 years now and the service has been excellent. When I called Monday saying the heating wasn't coming on, the lady that answered the phone managed to get an engineer out that evening, when he was able to fix it. I understand they are are larger company now, but they have kept the customer service of a smaller/family run business. I cannot recommend then highly enough, we're fortunate to have them working in the area.

We previously used them for a plumbing job, found through check a trader. This time when we needed a plumber we went straight to them. The service they provide is very good, they are polite and keep you informed about what is going on. They are able to respond quickly, we saw someone within a day or two for our minor issues.
