Strange business approach from this company........ made contact with Chris Allen himself to arrange a boiler service, seemed very keen and gave us a quote which included additional travel cost, which we accepted. Chris Allen said he was going on holiday and would arrange a date on return. No contact even after several emails to try and get a date, After three months gave up chasing Chris Allen and decided to go direct to Worcester Bosch. Been connected to mains gas and had a boiler fitted and the guys couldn't have been more helpful. Luke and Nille are a credit to the business we would highly recommend them and know that if needed they will be our go to business.

What a rubbish time wasting firm Booked an appointment for someone to come out 2 weeks later. Didnt turn up, Didn't phone me up. Won't take my calls now. Complete joke firm no one to even answer phone calls or take messages. Avoid waste of time.

Guys very professional, clean and tidy. If I have been away for the duration of the work on my return you wouldn't know that work had been carried out, except for the new radiators and boiler !!!! Many thanks

Used Chris Allen a couple of times and always been great. Unfortunately this time I rang and book service, that date came round and no one showed up - having to book time off work.Called to check what was going on they said it hadn't been put in the calendar. Was told id get a call back to book in a new date, 3 weeks later and still hadn't had a call. Rang this morning to be told they're not over this way (anglesey) anytime soon so dont know when they'd be able to do it.
