The installer was very nice and professional. However, we developed some issues post installation. The initial response from technical support was a little disappointing. Omar, my initial point of contact escalated the case, which resulted in an engineer visiting the next day, solving the issues. Thanks Omar!

Well after what seemed like a lengthy wait my charger was finally installed. David phoned me the day before to clarify all the details with me and gave me a run down of what was happening. He arrived on time and was very thorough in all his work, he spoke about all the changes being made inside my consumer unit and the extra item needed for the job to be completed. Unfortunately it was broken but he came back the next day to fix it. Im over the moon with the install and David has done a wonderfu

David was very professional and exceptional. He communicated his ETA and was very flexible. He arrived promptly, explained the scope of the work to be carried out, answered all my questions politely and did safety checks before commencement. He was respectful of my property and even gave advice to help with the next stage of my EV installation.

David showed and explained fully how to use the App and our new home charging point. He also cleaned up after himself and left the work area tidy. Minor little damage to our living room wall but nothing we cant fix. Overall excellent work.

They provided such and easy service, I was kept upto date the whole way. Our Installer David was amazing and very friendly, he helped us choose the best location for our charger and he’s very neat and tidy with his work. I’m recommending a charger from Charged EV to all my friends and family.
