I used Carbon3 to install upon my domestic property in December 2022 and the Solar PV system has transformed my utility bills. In fact, my export so far this year has exceeded my grid usage. The Smart Export Guarantee has paid for my electricity bill and more than 3/4 of my total gas consumption this year. I would highly recommend using Carbon3 as a provider of low carbon technologies. I found their service levels first class and particularly found their EV team both very knowledgeable and help

Don't waste your time with this people. Installed 5 electric car chargers outside our block of flats and all 5 are out of order for months, they are aware of the problems yet no one fixes anything. In fact they even stopped responding to the emails. Absolutely disgraceful company. AVOID like a plague! Update October 2023: Another 3 months have passed and all 5 charges still broken. Carbon3 reached out to me to remove my review as it may be detrimental to their business, yet had no time to fix
