Had a new boiler fitted on a Friday, by Friday evening it had stopped working. Couldn't get in contact with anyone until the Monday when I was told it must be a faulty boiler to contact the manufacturer. An engineer from the manufacturer came out and found that pipework had been incorrectly fitted. Bushby weren't happy but sent someone out to rectify the fault.
