My elderly mother has had no heating or hot water for over a week, and BSW Heating have done absolutely nothing to resolve it. An engineer came, said a part was missing, and promised to return — never did. We’ve had no communication since, and I’ve spent hours on hold (over 3.5 hours once while number one in the queue). I am ment to have a boiler service but they just make appointments for you . Have texted them serval time but just ignored. Then they call when you are out. Also gives you a time between 1 and 5 as if people don’t have anything to do with their lives. I have waited in for them and not even turned up

Came out twice in a week for the yearly service forgot to reset the thermostat phone up but as it's in my daughter's room that doesn't like the noise it makes you can wait for 2 days even though the alarm is going off the whole time
