I recently used ServiceMy to service my heat pump boiler and was really pleased with the professionalism of the engineer who turned up. The service was quick and straightforward, as was the booking. Cannot fault them and would certainly recommend to anyone looking to service their heating system.

I had my Daikin air source heat pump serviced by ServiceMy, it was a fixed fee and the booking was straightforward. The engineer who came to my home was knowledgeable and professional. He checked all the components of the system, cleaned, tested and also ensured everything was done correctly to protect my warranty. He gave me advice on improving efficiently, and recommend remote monitoring which I will be getting installed. The service has definitely improved performance.

Service was excellent, carried out by Valentin who talked me through every stage and explained things fully. His work was meticulous and he cleaned up afterwards leaving everything perfect. I intend to make ServiceMy my regular servicing agent.
