We recently had a new Ideal Vogue Max 32 combi boiler installed and recommended by Ben Brookman. We were very impressed with his work, the installation was carried out to a high standard and left clean and tidy throughout. Ben was happy to answer our questions and gave us clear and helpful advice during the process. The carbon monoxide alarm was also appreciated which he leaves with every boiler install. We would happily recommend him and would not hesitate to use him again for future work.

With only a week to go until Christmas our boiler developed a leak. I called Ben and he kindly visited the next day. Ben showed me the leak from a weld in the heat exchange and there was no doubt we needed a new boiler ASAP. He recommended an Ideal Logic Max and advised of other various option to improve the system. My boiler packed up on Monday and I called Ben to sort it. A new boiler was needed and Ben provided me with three options to consider. I opted for the one with a ten year warranty. Ben was also able to provide me with a link to arrange finance at a competitive rate. Once arranged the boiler was fitted a few days later. The work was carried out very competently and fitted well.
