From quote to installation they kept me updated to date and informed as I had many questions. Back office staff were great, calling 2 weeks before to agree dates and times as well as follow up calls once installed. Installation took half a day and producing power before they left. Panels have been installed over 6 months and have exceeded expectations. All certificates were included, as well as handling the DNO. Also included a 1 year inspection.
