Border Hydro unfortunately caused damage to our off grid system in 2023. We were unable to come to an agreement about liability so the case went to the Renewable Energy Consumer Code (RECC) and then the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR). In August 2025 CEDR instructed Border Hydro to make a payment to me but Border Hydro have missed two separate payment deadlines. They currently owe me over £23,000.
