We have had a very good experience dealing with Birds Hill Renewables, who installed our Klover120 pellet boiler. Communications were good, everybody was very helpful and the workmanship (as others already stated) really is a work of art! We had a weather related delay (snow made it impossible for anybody to reach us and get the boiler in), but the guys came the following working day and laboured until very late in the evening to get the Klover installed, which is now roaring away in the kitchen

This company and its staff are 1st class. They worked night and day to get our wood pellet stove in before Christmas, in a drafty old GII listed property. The communication was crystal clear (make sure you have some coffee and tea - the lads work even faster then). The Klover stove is an amazing piece of technology, we couldn't be happier.
