The guys that arrived were very professional throughout, identified the issues that need resolving, even going as far as to recommend a repair from the manufacturer direct in order to get the cost effective repair. Will be using them in future for servicing and repairs.

Tues afternoon the gas boiler failed during a very cold week, Called BGM for a engineer. We'd morning Ben came and traced the fault to a pressure relief valve, Placed the item on order, Friday afternoon Ben whith an (apprentice nice to see) arrived with the new valve the new valve is situated in the back of the boiler, To save removing from the wall he had an ingineus idea rearrange the pipeing to the outside of the boiler, We would like to thank Ben,for a neat job, Very Best Regards Tony.

We’ve used BGM for many years. Great service. Booked online and the engineer came out the same day and resolved the issue quickly. I also signed up for their service plan which offers repairs and services. Just one issue, what happened to the jokes on the banner at the Robin Hood roundabout?

BGM did a Mira pumped shower install for us. Visited when agreed for a quote, and visited when agreed 2 days later for work. Top quality workmanship from Ben (though can’t check for leaks yet as bathroom unfinished). Wasn’t the cheapest, but glad we used them.
