Better Planet were excellent: Very good preparation and effective installation in December 2022 by courteous staff well managed by Stephanie and Tomas. They were particularly helpful in our response to unreasonable strictures about noise from our local planning department. The system is very quiet and we don't think our neighbours have heard it at all. My wife still loves it three years later.

Awesome Ground Source Heat Pump installation by the Better Planet team. Really impressed with the team, both exterior and interior - Dedicated, friendly, professional - an absolute joy to have them onsite.
