Wow these guys fitted my boiler through the government scheme and they were absolutely fantastic. From when I first met Asad right through to the team that fitted the boiler, very professional and hard working offered great advice answered all my questions and asked for appropriate documents. The lead guy even waited for my gas engineer. Highly recommended Thank you One suggestion- maybe change the name of your company :)

Gill and his team are some of the hardest workers I’ve ever met in my life. I don’t usually do reviews but these guys deserve their flowers. Absolutely lovely human beings with an incredible work ethic. Very grateful to Gill and his team. I hope to see them again, in fact I’ll make sure it it. Thank you guys.

The worst company. My boiler insulation was horrific and I had to complain. They sent a different contractor who did eventually fix most of the work carried out by the 1st contractor Berkshire insulation sent. I had to chase and chase for all the documentation, the gas safe, electrical part p, the water cylinder warranty which was only registered because I kept chasing them. They tried to say the 1st contractor had done the work correctly. It was only because my husband knows a bit about boilers

I am highly dissatisfied with this insulation firm. The work was carried out unprofessionally, resulting in damage to my property. Communication has been consistently poor, and the company has attempted to avoid responsibility by placing blame on my tenants rather than resolving the issue properly.

Berks Insulation Limited provided an excellent service from start to finish. Their team arrived on time, explained the entire process clearly, and worked efficiently. The insulation was installed neatly, and they made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. Communication was smooth throughout, and any questions I had were answered promptly.
