Contacted them to service my boiler as they were recommended to me. Had to chase several times and when some months later, the engineer came to carry out the service - advised me that the valve needed replacing and as the boiler was obsolete at a cost of just over £600. Returned to quote for a new boiler but never issued the quote. Glad to see local businesses are busy but would rather they were honest and just said they didn't want the job, rather than waste everyone's time. We then contact
