My experience with Aspect Plumbing has been nothing short of a nightmare. I booked them to fix THREE plumbing issues, after being explicitly assured over the phone (multiple times) that everything would be handled in one visit by a single professional. This was a complete lie. When they arrived, they only partially addressed ONE issue. Paul and Joe came to install a cold water feed etc for my washing machine. Attended on time, lovely genuine guys. Job completed in good time, including going out to get a waste pipe for me. From install of replacement boiler a couple of years back to my yearly service they've been professional and competent.

Unbeleivably bad service. Unable to repair a simple faulty valve in my boiler. Unable to accept responsibility despite 10’s of emails and calls with several departments. Will never use again and advise everyone the same.

DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER!!!! He comes across professional enough when you meet him but once he's got the job he never responds to text/calls/messages. He walked out half way through a job (having been paid!!!) and never came back. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER, EVER! Absolute cowboy!
