Yesterday Andrew came over to my flat at the request of Hanover (I submitted a repair to them) to repair a ceiling light fixture that I accidentally pulled out of its place whilst I was attempting to change a light bulb. He was such a friendly and personable man and was incredibly helpful whilst he was performing his services.
