Absolutely disgusting service thank god I wasn't paying these guys to come to my property (contractors for my landlord). If I was paying myself I would have taken you to trading standards. Engineer turned up said he was given the wrong part and because he was in a rush to get to other jobs blames the fault on the shower head. Nothing to to with taps or shower head the boiler fires up when you turn hot tap on then the gas icon goes out and the water goes Cold unless you absolutely whack up the tap to full throttle then the gas stays on. Noticed this morning boiler wasn't put back properly and now the pressure gauge is too far back. And I musn't forget the water leak for the lack of

Top class service, I would highly recommend to everyone who needs a plumber. I woke this morning my boiler was pouring water all over units and floor from a cracked pipe. I could have cried.I left a message with ads Wales Office and within minutes the manager called me back and arranged a swift response. I couldn’t believe it with 15 mins they arrived in fact with an hour of me reporting the fault, it was fixed. Thanks ads
