It's hear-breaking for me to share this information only I really feel that the company needs to train receptionists to have people skills and compassion for those of us who are disabled. I'm not a complainer but needed to ask for help to discover who was the workman who installed my walk-in shower in 2014 , after having a hip replacement, and that was out of warrantee, when the floor linoleum came away from the base during a cold spell when my pipes froze and the shower water didn't run away. I
