Rich John and Isaac fitted our system. From moment one to the end they were a delight to have in our home. Fantastic guys. Fantastic job. Can’t fault a thing. Office back up was also always there, but not needed. Or should I say I only contacted it with needless queries that were answered even out of hours. Thanks guys! And from Molly too!

Richard,John and Isaac came to my house to install the Adlar air source heat pump. Whilst I am yet to benefit from the heat pump, but I would say these guys were truely professional. They were very friendly, helpful, supporting and patient. They did a very clean job. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Adlår Castra cant recommend them enough! What an amazing team. Adlår are new to the UK and a dual heat pump meaning you are able to run heating and hot water independently. The lads were here on time both days and very conscientious while doing the installation. Will be telling everyone about Adlår Castra. Thanks guys.

Couldn't rate the experience of Adlar Castra highly enough. From initial meeting through installation and after care it has been fantastic. Prompt and knowledgeable response to any questions we had and one year after installation the whole system has run perfectly.

Adlår Castra are an interesting company, they have good equipment, some very good staff, but seem to be in start up mode. They are disorganised at times and don't always follow up when they should. The process was to have a visit from an engineer who scoped the fitting of air source heat pumps to my house. This enabled him to send me a technical proposal and quote for installation. It took a long time to get a response to my questions, then I paid a small deposit to get a preinstallation visi
