Witnessed some very dangerous driving this evening (North Grays) by someone at the wheel of an AJS van. 55m.p.h. in a 30 m.p.h. zone. Cut me up at a set of traffic lights after tailgating me and flashing his/her vehicle's headlights when behind me. On the old A13 between Orsett and beginning of Lodge Lane. I hope this driver's electrical installations aren't as dangerous as their driving! It's all on my front and rear camera recordings.

Currently have a set of AJS contractors doing emergency lighting in our block. They have been playing music loudly. Shouting like there in a pub to one another. When I approached one of the workman and explained people here work nights and there is no need to shout and that he was making a lot of noise that wasn’t necessary . He replied I guess you want us to stop drilling as-well in a sarcastic tone. I mean pretty stupid when you’re in uniform and really not professional. Contractors like this

I just wanted to say Thank you to Sam!!!! Sam came to my flat on Wednesday the 18th of May, to do a General Electric inspection and he was the most professional person I ever seen in my entire life. He came early in the morning, he called me when he was outside of our flat, he showed us his ID ( which I really like) he came with his own bin bag and he did everything with professional manner!!!

Avoid company like the plague. They will get you to do work for them and not pay their contractors. My invoice was sent in September 2021 and is yet to be paid. I am now chasing with my solicitor. Cow boy company.
