Appalling service but VERY EXPENSIVE ONE! £200 to fix a small graffiti in a lift. I could've done a better job with sanding paper. £271.32 was charged to fix a kerb. It wasn't fixed. It is a shame that I can't add a video to support my comments. Guidance how to fix a kerb: 1." Lift a kerb carefully without damaging it. 2. Add builder sand. 3. Place a kerb back." Took weeks to fix a simple hole in a ceiling. This was due to being told they would be in contact with me when they never did and I had to make the calls. I was told incorrect times twice, another time they never even told me someone was booked to come over and I wasn't in, and another time someone showed up without a ladder and was unable to carry out works! Also increased the cost once works were complete. Would have put in a formal complaint but I feel nothing would be done to sort anything o
